Signing in
Enter your email and password on the sign-in screen, or use Continue with Google / Continue with Apple if that’s how you originally signed up. Check Remember me to stay signed in on that device.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address on your account. We’ll send a 6-digit code to it.
- On the reset screen, enter the code along with a new password.
- Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number — the screen shows a live checklist as you type.
Didn’t get the code? You can request a new one, but you’ll need to wait for a short cooldown between requests.
Changing your password while signed in
You don’t need to sign out to change your password. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security and use the Change password section — you’ll need to enter your current password along with the new one.
